One-to-One

Courses usually run from January to June and August/September to December (may vary).
Lessons will take place at the same day and time.
Each lesson is one hour.
We will use Skype.
You will need a good internet connection, headphones, a laptop/computer, and a quiet place.
In general, lessons are from Monday to Friday (Saturday if requested).

Before filling in the form, please read carefully all the information on my website so you know how the process functions.
Fill in the form with your information (name, country, experience with learning Czech, your goal, etc).
I will contact you and we will plan a “Get to know each other session” that will take about 15-20 minutes.
We choose the specific time and dates for future lessons and the student pays the tuition fee for their block of lessons.

The full amount of the tuition fee is always paid in advance before the 1st lesson of the chosen package.
In case of absence, the student should inform the instructor at least 12 hours before the lesson. If it is less than 12 hours before the session, the lesson is considered as taught.
It is the student’s responsibility to reschedule lessons. It must be taken into consideration that the instructor will not always be able to teach at specific times due to previously scheduled lessons with other students.
I recommend not missing lessons unless it is absolutely necessary as it is not guaranteed that you will be able to make them up at a later date.
Purchased lessons are per month, therefore lessons must be done within the month. If they are not taught within a month, they are considered lost.
The money should be paid on the agreed date. In the case of late payment, cooperation with the student may be discontinued.
I ask for a 2 week notice period in case you decide to finish the course.
I do not refund money for missed or unused lessons.
Payment can be made by bank transfer/PayPal.
By making a payment for the course, you agree with the conditions mentioned above.
